Presentation QA Reference 001: Read-First Review of Seven Records

What changed

• Read all seven assigned records in full, frontmatter through final line, including nested audits/, directives/, and empathegy/ records and every appended related-residue section.
• One record earned a change: content/reference/empathegy/fref-0500-egyx.md line 18, where the operative clause of the taxonomy's governing axiom ("category remains authoritative for operational purposes") was bolded as the record's single genuine pivot. The diff is asterisks only; no words were added, removed, reordered, or corrected.
• Six records were reviewed unchanged: FREF-0810-DSL.md, FREF-0815-MAP.md, audits/fref-audt-case.md, audits/fref-audt-cont.md, audits/fref-audt-intg.md, directives/tri-directive-doctrine.md. Each already carries consistent emphasis (bold list labels, or the doctrine record's existing italic Filed annotation:), and Boundary Note: / Archive position: remain plain per their established corpus-wide convention.

What was deliberately left alone

• All frontmatter, canonical IDs, tags, relations, headings and {#...} anchors, hard breaks, trailing-space residue, tables, quoted/documentary material, and the appended Related Aphorisms/Haikus/Limericks residue sections.
• The roughly twenty bare Definition: / Characteristics: / Operational Handling: / Notes: field labels in fref-0500-egyx.md — bolding the set would be a cross-paragraph template sweep, not a record-specific decision.
• The tri-directive tag-reading triple (lines 29–31) reads as acceptable compressed prose; adding emphasis would crowd the existing italic annotation.

Verification performed

• ./bin/validate_graph.sh: Boris graph diagnostics and full Cantilever compile (see PR for exact outcome).
• scripts/check_presentation_qa.py handoff check against the coordinator's base/head commits.
• Compiled-article inspection of the changed record and representative unchanged records.

Unresolved follow-up

• Pre-existing count drift on main entering this work: content/changelog.md declared 64 while the source directory already held 65 records, and README.md page/satellite totals trail by the same one. This docket's Count: line is set to the accurate recount (66) per the baseline's finalization lane; the README.md totals are #611-lane reconciliation and were left untouched.
• Historical audit snapshots FREF-0001 through FREF-0003 reference paths under the retired .mdx layout; that is documented residue inside the records, not a defect introduced here.
