What changed

• Read all four assigned records in full, frontmatter through final line, including the Related Aphorisms/Haikus/Limericks residue appended to each.
• fref-0780-rsfl.md line 15: bolded "Rest-Shaped Feeling" in "A Rest-Shaped Feeling is not rest.", the term's first definitional use and the line the Purpose section pivots on. The record previously carried no emphasis anywhere. Its three adjacent assigned records already bold their defined term at first use. Asterisks only.

What was deliberately left alone

• All frontmatter, canonical IDs, tags, headings, {#...} anchors, two-space hard breaks in the haiku and limerick sections, and quoted/documentary material.
• fref-0790-rlif.md — reviewed unchanged. **Ritual Lodge Interface** already bolded at line 13; all five Interlock carriers already bolded at lines 142–146; the Boundary Rules run as deliberately plain Rule N: prose at lines 79–87.
• fref-0800-scrl.md — reviewed unchanged. **Scoring Layer** bolded at line 13; Interlocks bolded at lines 174–179. The duplicate heading ## Scoring Layer {#scoring-layer-3} at line 232 and the fragment "Signals receive weaker weight when they are." at line 303 are residue and were preserved.
• fref-0810-slnt.md — reviewed unchanged. **Silent Intervals** bolded at line 13; Interlocks bolded at lines 123–127. Line 26 "Silence observed. State indeterminate." is the record's refrain, echoed verbatim as the Minimum note at line 117, not a missing pivot.
• fref-0780-rsfl.md line 18 ("The doctrine exists because institutions frequently validate exhaustion more readily than they permit interruption.") — a candidate pivot passed over; the one-pivot cap is spent on the definitional line, and the sentence already returns verbatim in Related Aphorisms at line 286.

• content/changelog.md read Count: 70 records. while source held 71 records before this docket — drift left by overlapping docket merges. The count is set to 72 from source, not 70+1.
