What changed

• Read all four assigned records in full, frontmatter through final line, including the Related Aphorisms/Haikus/Limericks residue appended to each.
• fref-0850-vard.md line 17: bolded "interpretive hygiene layer" in "It is officially an interpretive hygiene layer.", the second half of the Purpose pivot against "not officially a suppression framework" at line 15. Asterisks only.
• fref-0860-vex.md line 33: bolded "failed to survive formatting" in "It merely failed to survive formatting.", the closing line of the Foundational Rule. Asterisks only.
• fref-0880-wprt.md line 259: bolded "collapse into each other" in "It does not allow the two claims to collapse into each other.", the closing pivot of the Archive Position. Asterisks only.
• content/changelog.md: trunk count set from 72 to 76 by recounting the Markdown source under content/changelog/ (75 before this docket, plus this docket).

What was deliberately left alone

• All frontmatter, canonical IDs, tags, headings, {#...} anchors, two-space hard breaks in the haiku and limerick sections, and quoted/documentary material.
• fref-0870-wtsl.md — reviewed unchanged. Its Purpose pivot at lines 15–16 ("Its function is not truth production. Its function is legitimacy maintenance…") is carried by parallel sentence structure, so emphasis would add nothing. No emphasis was added anywhere in the record.
• Residue preserved, not corrected: fref-0850-vard.md line 120 "the graphs emotional comfort" and "the subjects condition" (apostrophes absent); fref-0880-wprt.md line 266 "'we changed it.'." (doubled terminal punctuation) and the straight-quoted aphorism at line 266 beside the curly-quoted Archive Position at line 256.

Verification performed

• ./scripts/ensure-boris.sh --provision built the pinned Boris (07dc0d3c) to bin/boris. The Boris on PATH (0.8.2) was not used.
• ./bin/validate_graph.sh exited 0: "Boris graph diagnostics passed"; "Verse residue check passed"; "HTML ID audit: 0 pages with duplicate IDs"; "Filed certification passed"; "Filed build passed: dist/cantilever".
• python3 scripts/test_presentation_qa.py: 24 tests, OK.
• Rendered-HTML diff against an origin/main build: FREF-0850-VARD, FREF-0860-VEX, and FREF-0880-WPRT differ by one <strong> pair each and nothing else. FREF-0870-WTSL is byte-identical.
• Headless Chrome, dist/cantilever on a local static server. FREF-0860-VEX (the largest assigned record) and FREF-0870-WTSL (unchanged) captured at 1280×1400 desktop: bold renders in VEX, layout intact. At 390×1400 mobile, both pages are clipped at the right edge, including the unchanged WTSL, so this is treated as capture-setup or pre-existing behavior rather than an edit effect. Not investigated further.
• Poetry sections (Related Haikus and Limericks) were not screenshotted. Their hard breaks are covered by the identical-HTML diff above.
• scripts/check_presentation_qa.py was not run. It needs assignment and evidence JSON inputs that were not prepared for this PR.

Unresolved follow-up

• content/changelog.md read Count: 72 records. while source held 75 records before this docket. The count is set to 76 from source, not 72+1.
