What changed

• Read all 25 assigned records in full, frontmatter through final line. All matched the issue snapshot (8997eebee2a4e620c5dd47fcea97abf515c4cac6) exactly; no intervening diffs.
• Added one bold pivot sentence in each of seven records, always the flat closing turn-sentence of the record's strongest setup-to-punchline aphorism:
  • APH-298.tender-escrow.md line 28: "To maintain full compliance, the fiscal quarter containing the anomaly has been formally retracted from the calendar."
  • APH-306.scopekeeper-emeritus.md line 40: "We are now officially certifying the empty space where the process used to be."
  • APH-307.chairwoman-deferred-change.md line 40: "The building must be halfway burnt before the hoses are approved."
  • APH-312.staged-sobriety.md line 36: "The optical perfection of our grief almost made the loss worthwhile."
  • APH-315.lilt-protocol.md line 44: "You hum the rule as it turns you to dust."
  • APH-316.pleading-margin.md line 44: "That must be enough."
  • APH-324.complimentary-ghostline.md line 36: "It is a glorious, unyielding denial of death."

What was deliberately left alone

• All frontmatter, canonical IDs, tags, titles, and the uniform spacing convention (two blanks after the heading, three between aphorisms) — verified consistent across all 25 records.
• 18 records reviewed unchanged. Their strongest turns are already carried by per-aphorism italics (e.g. APH-299 line 16's "bold font" joke, APH-311 line 32's fully italicized "Decor has successfully seized power."), or their flat closers are lyrical residue that emphasis would only decorate.
• Existing bold pivots in APH-304 line 32 ("You cannot opt out of being saved.") and the deliberately duplicated "Cut once, claimed thrice." at APH-309 lines 16 and 36 — an intentional echo, preserved.
• Recurring residue litanies ("The form remained intact. The situation did not.", "Meaning adjusted around the winning selector.", "Silence entered the record with full procedural honors.") and the repeated "governable timing" clause in APH-307 lines 20 and 40 — intentional archival repetition.
• APH-304's bin-8c tag: the record explicitly concerns consent loops and refuge persistence, so the tag is within containment; no change.
