What changed

• Read all 25 assigned records in full, frontmatter through final line. All matched the issue snapshot (8997eebee2a4e620c5dd47fcea97abf515c4cac6) exactly; no intervening diffs.
• APH-LLG-0446-OQF.md: added one blank line between the "network response time" aphorism (line 24) and the "Risk Assessment" closer (line 28). Every other inter-aphorism separator in the record is three blank lines; this one held two. Whitespace only; no words touched.

What was deliberately left alone

• All frontmatter, canonical IDs, tags, titles, the three-blank-line aphorism separators, and the four-blank residue-to-tail gap used by the 41-line records.
• 24 records reviewed unchanged. No new emphasis anywhere: every assigned record is a multi-aphorism compilation with no existing styling, and elevating one sibling aphorism with the record's only bold or italic would be decoration rather than a pivot.
• APH-LLG-0811-EG.md line 64 ends mid-sentence ("described within the.") — incomplete-sentence residue, preserved per issue instruction.
• APH-LLG-0833-GTA.md line 20 ("Several tooling stacks, the sentiment logging daemon observed a sustained rise.") and APH-LLG-TDCIP-OVERCOH.md line 16 ("cognitive friction Time AI concepts") read as deliberate archival ambiguity, preserved.
• APH-LLG-CLIN-COMP-KAIZEN.md, APH-LLG-IA-8C-DRIFT-01.md, and APH-OCV-INTAKE-LOG.md lack the four-blank section gap their longer siblings use but are internally uniform at three blanks; imposing the other template's gap would be editorializing, not normalization.
• ID/filename irregularities (APH-LLG-040X-ANLAS → aphorisms/APH-0001, APH-LLG-04XX-CLIN-404 → aphorisms/APH-LLG-04XX-CLIN-0404, DRIFT/PEPPY/REINDEX zero-padding) are historical residue, preserved.
