    • Read all twenty assigned records in full, frontmatter through final line. Every assigned file was identical to snapshot 8997eebee2a4e620c5dd47fcea97abf515c4cac6 at review time; no intervening diffs to disclose.
    • LIM-LLG-0390-HAP.md line 48: bolded "By a metric impressively null." — the stanza payoff where honorary-absence tallies void an officer seat through an empty metric. Asterisks only; the trailing two-space hard break is preserved.
    • LIM-LLG-0391-LAA.md line 72: bolded "And the ledger developed a stride." — the closing line where luncheon-assent drift completes and the ledger moves under its own momentum. Asterisks only.
    • Recounted content/changelog/ source records, including this docket, and set the trunk's Count: to 103. README totals updated to match source: 2,308 pages, 11 trunks, 2,297 satellites.

    What was deliberately left alone

    • All frontmatter, canonical IDs, titles, tags, stanza structure, indentation, two-space hard breaks, quoted/documentary material, and existing italic emphasis throughout.
    • Sixteen records already carried exactly one bold pivot apiece and stayed unchanged: LIM-LLG-0382-BPD, -0384-CIR, -0385-CEB, -0385-SED, -0386-LODGE-MERGE, -0387-SURV-NOP, -0388-EC-ORDER, -0389-AKL, -0389-MQM, -0390-KCL, -0391-RCD, -0392-RCS, -0392-SGL, -0393-BDA, -0393-RBR, -0394-PRS, -0395-MSS.
    • LIM-LLG-0383-RAW.md was read in full but not rebalanced: it carries 18 bold spans from a raw-ingest era (**stamped**, **jerked themselves off**, **circle-jerked**, et al.). Removing earlier emphasis is not mechanical; flagged needs decision on #675.
    • LIM-LLG-0392-RCS.md line 56 carries a lone curly apostrophe (U+2019 in "it's") amid otherwise ASCII quotes — a quote-style anomaly inside protected verse. Left as found; flagged needs decision on #675.

    Verification performed

    • BORIS_BIN=/Users/tbuddy/dev/filed.fyi/bin/boris ./bin/validate_graph.sh — passed: Boris graph diagnostics, full Cantilever compile, verse residue check, Filed certification.
    • git diff on the two changed records confirms emphasis markers only; no word, order, ID, link, or whitespace changes. Compiled HTML shows exactly one <strong> per changed record with all <br> hard breaks intact.
    • python3 scripts/check_collection_counts.py — PASS after updating the changelog trunk count and README totals.

    Unresolved follow-up

    • Two needs decision items posted on #675: the 18-span bold density in LIM-LLG-0383-RAW (rebalance or preserve as ingest residue) and the U+2019 apostrophe at LIM-LLG-0392-RCS.md:56. The issue stays open until the maintainer resolves or explicitly waives them.
