What changed

• Read all 22 assigned records in full, frontmatter through final line. Every assigned file was identical to snapshot 8997eebee2a4e620c5dd47fcea97abf515c4cac6 at review time; no intervening diffs to disclose.
• Verified the task premise before editing: this lowercase lim-fref-* range was never covered by the editorial emphasis passes (those ended at sorted-path record 200, LIM-LLG-SYS-8-REINDEX-02). All 22 records arrived fully plain — no bold, no italics — so each was evaluated on its own merits rather than inherited.
• lim-fref-0290-ocvh.md line 56: bolded "I don't really know what they mean." — the filing narrator's own admission of incomprehension, the one crack in the record's clean-narrative surface. Asterisks only; trailing two-space hard break preserved.

• Twelve records reviewed unchanged: lim-fref-0210-cbhn, -0220-ccmp, -0230-cmal, -0240-cmrc, -0250-prdm, -0260-bmdh (device is four distributed quoted euphemisms — no single pivot), -0270-bmdc (period-staccato stanza already self-marks), -0280-cbnd, -0310-clop, -0330-tsac, -0350-bhds (noted as "learning." already carries quotation marks), -0380-lbkp.
• Quote-style anomalies inside protected verse flagged as needs decision on #687, left as found: lim-fref-0200-cbac.md line 46 (curly It’s beside ASCII policy's at line 47), lim-fref-0300-clob.md line 37 (There’s), lim-fref-0370-dcst.md line 72 (continuity’s), lim-fref-0420-ancl.md line 44 (there’s).

Unresolved follow-up

• Four needs decision items posted on #687: the curly-apostrophe anomalies at lim-fref-0200-cbac:46, lim-fref-0300-clob:37, lim-fref-0370-dcst:72, and lim-fref-0420-ancl:44. The issue stays open until the maintainer resolves or explicitly waives them.
