What changed

• Read all 19 assigned records in full, frontmatter through final line, including residue verse clusters. Cross-checked against snapshot 8997eebee2a4e620c5dd47fcea97abf515c4cac6: the only intervening change was the archive-wide verse hard-break restoration (PR #824), which touched lim-sidecar-conflict-porter.md lines 12–15 and was preserved as found.
• Unlike the LIM-LLG/FREF ranges covered by earlier emphasis passes, this slice carried no prior single-pivot treatment. Eighteen records each earned exactly one bold pivot on a genuine stanza payoff line; asterisks only, trailing two-space hard breaks preserved outside the markers:

Adding a pivot would compete with the existing texture; removing emphasis is not mechanical.

What was deliberately left alone

• All frontmatter, canonical IDs, titles, tags, stanza order, indentation, two-space hard breaks, quoted/documentary material, and existing italic emphasis throughout.
• The unpunctuated residue verse clusters in the two-block records (e.g., lim-scopekeeper-emeritus.md lines 38–74) — ingest residue, preserved per rules.md.
• Verse bodies otherwise untouched; no words, punctuation, or line structure changed anywhere.

Verification performed

• git diff on the 18 changed records confirms emphasis markers only; compiled HTML shows exactly one <strong> per changed record with all <br> hard breaks intact and no literal asterisk leakage.
• python3 scripts/check_collection_counts.py — PASS after recounting the changelog trunk (104) and README totals (2,309 pages, 2,298 satellites).

Unresolved follow-up

• lim-si-9-interval-witness.md line 15: "But the timeline is bogged" lacks the terminal comma every other mid-couplet line in the record carries (compare lines 23, 31, 39, 47, 55, 63, 71). Punctuation anomaly inside protected verse — flagged needs decision on #695, left as found.
• Apostrophe style is mixed within five records — lim-seal-of-maybe-enough.md (curly ×4, straight ×1 at line 66), lim-sealant-patience.md (curly ×6, straight ×1 at line 40), lim-sentiment-launderette.md (curly line 41, straight line 63), lim-si-9-interval-witness.md (straight line 20, curly lines 44–45), lim-sidebar-mercy.md (curly ×3, straight at line 49 "e'er"). No clean authored/residue split; looks like ingest-era residue shared across the slice. Flagged needs decision on #695 rather than normalized.
