What changed

• Read all five assigned records in full, frontmatter through final line, including the Related Aphorisms/Haikus/Limericks residue in each. LLG-0007-COMA.md carried one intervening commit since snapshot 8997eebee2a4e620c5dd47fcea97abf515c4cac6 (ed4ff55b, the archive-wide verse hard-break restoration); the other four were unchanged at review time.
• LLG-0007-COMA.md line 14: bolded "silence as implicit proof" — the certification mechanism the record's five-paragraph audit narrative turns on, restated by its own aphorism residue at line 27. The prose carried no prior emphasis. Asterisks only.
• LLG-0012-A.md line 20: bolded "file Form 12-A about Form 12-A" — the resolution the record builds to, where the correction instrument becomes its own case. Asterisks only.
• LLG-0027-B.md line 16: bolded "a one-form action into a five-form exercise" — the inversion the survey embodies, echoed by the aphorism residue at line 31. Asterisks only.

What was deliberately left alone

• All frontmatter, canonical IDs, titles, relations, {#...} heading anchors, verse stanzas, two-space hard breaks, quoted/documentary material, existing italic emphasis in the limerick residue, and the double-blank-line residue spacing throughout.
• LLG-0019-COMA.md reviewed unchanged: the prose already spends heavy emphasis — bold on "bright red," "properly filed and timestamped," "continuously available," "technically preserved continuity surfaces," and more (lines 14–28), plus four bold-italic list items (lines 30–33). Any addition would have been decoration. Line 22's ## No disciplinary action was issued. styles a sentence as a heading; preserved as found — existing markup is protected, and it reads plausibly as deliberate deadpan.
• LLG-0020-COMA19-PBC.md reviewed unchanged: emphasis is already spent on "Phrasebook Clarification (PBC)" (line 16) and "resolved" (line 75), and the record is already structured with rules, a blockquote (line 24), and bulleted lists throughout.

Unresolved follow-up

• None. The intervening hard-break commit on LLG-0007-COMA.md was disclosed above; no :::note fences or list-item verse stanzas were found in the assignment.
