What changed

• Read all seven assigned records in full, frontmatter through final line, including the related-residue aphorism/haiku/limerick appendices. Every assigned file was identical to snapshot 8997eebee2a4e620c5dd47fcea97abf515c4cac6 at review time; no intervening diffs to disclose.
• LLG-0403-WBA.md line 20: bolded "The subject cannot be re-sectioned." — the terminal pivot where dual GLP-compliant documentation meets irreversible physical loss. Asterisks only.
• LLG-0404-UPLC.md line 38: bolded "The instrument service engineer did not look at it directly." — the standalone closing line revealing the "within expected system noise" classification was issued without inspection. Asterisks only.
• LLG-0405-DEV.md line 37: bolded "There is a Form CA-8." — the terminal four-word pivot that reopens the meta-deviation cascade just as the record closes. Asterisks only.
• Recounted content/changelog/ source records, including this docket, and set the trunk's Count: accordingly. README totals updated to match source.

What was deliberately left alone

• All frontmatter, canonical IDs, titles, tags, relations, stanza structure, indentation, two-space hard breaks, quoted/documentary material, and existing emphasis throughout.
• Four records stayed plain because their pivots were already marked: LLG-0402-FSR (five bolds incl. **FSR-candidates**, **Echo-Literate Filers**), LLG-0402-GMP (pivot **simultaneously correct and invalid** already bolded), LLG-0403-CWR (~ten bolds incl. the dual COMA/SOMA log lines), LLG-0404-DCP (~ten bolds incl. **metrics alone cannot prove whether the quiet was kind.**).
• List-item verse stanzas and irregular final-stanza indentation (LLG-0402-FSR lines 271–272, LLG-0402-GMP lines 200–201) are archival residue under maintainer review; left exactly as found.

Verification performed

• git diff on the three changed records confirms emphasis markers only; no word, order, ID, link, or whitespace changes. Compiled HTML shows exactly one new <strong> per changed record with all <br> hard breaks intact and no stray asterisks.
• python3 scripts/check_collection_counts.py — PASS after updating the changelog trunk count and README totals.

Unresolved follow-up

• None. No :::note fences, non-formatting defects, or quote-style anomalies were found in the assigned population; nothing required needs decision.
