What changed

• Read all six assigned records in full, frontmatter through final line, including each record's Related Aphorisms/Haikus/Limericks residue. Five files are byte-identical to snapshot 8997eebee2a4e620c5dd47fcea97abf515c4cac6; LLG-0819-K.md differs — intervening commit ed4ff55b (docket 0.1.00056, the #824 verse hard-break track) appended two-space hard breaks to the final two limerick stanzas (current lines 107–111, 116–120). Disclosed per issue instructions; the current file was re-read and reviewed as found.
• LLG-0812-CTM.md line 103: bolded "stopped failing in the institution's preferred direction" — the archive-position inversion the record exists to prove: not that the dashboards failed, but that for one interval they failed honestly. Asterisks only.
• LLG-0820-MCR.md line 16: bolded "visibility and relief were successfully conflated" — the contested thesis of the incident; the same phrase is quoted verbatim in the record's own aphorism residue at line 35. Asterisks only.
• LLG-0822-RKI.md line 69: bolded "care-style inheritance without corresponding authority inheritance" — the archive's formal classification of the failure the title names, the hinge between feeling handled well and unchanged outcomes. Asterisks only.
• LLG-0824-GBC.md line 74: bolded "Color reached the eye before qualification reached the mind." — the mechanism of harm in a record where no line item was falsified. Asterisks only.
• Recounted content/changelog/ including this docket and set the trunk Count: to 108; README totals updated to actual source: 2,313 pages, 11 trunks, 2,302 satellites. (A concurrent docket, 2026-10-08-limericks-020.md, merged to main mid-review; counts reconciled against the merge.)

What was deliberately left alone

• All frontmatter, canonical IDs, titles, tags, relations (including MCR's six relates_to edges at line 7), {#...} heading anchors, quoted/documentary material, verse stanzas, indentation, and two-space hard breaks — including LLG-0819-K's post-snapshot breaks, left exactly as the hard-break restoration placed them.
• LLG-0819-K.md reviewed unchanged: the record already spends emphasis — thirteen bold labels across the chronology (lines 15–21), observed effects (24–27), and departmental responses (30–31). No additional emphasis earned. Its empty ## Related Haikus section (lines 74–77) matches the haikus collection — no hai-llg-0819-k record exists. Residue, not a defect.
• LLG-0821-SCL.md reviewed unchanged: six existing bold runs already mark the record's interpretive divergence — the two artifact labels (lines 27/30), the three-branch readings "potential rest" / "continuity success" / "measurement gaps" (40–42), and the "Custody routing note:" label (88). No additional emphasis earned.
• Verse contradictions observed and preserved: LLG-0812-CTM's limerick "The truth and the calm had collide" (line 266) holds its died/inside rhyme, and LLG-0819-K's "The UI is red" (line 102) contradicts the record's green confirmation pulse. Deliberate archival residue, not normalized.
• No :::note fences and no list-item verse stanzas exist in the assigned files; nothing in this assignment required a needs decision flag.

Verification performed

• BORIS_BIN=/Users/tbuddy/dev/filed.fyi/bin/boris ./bin/validate_graph.sh — passed: Boris graph diagnostics, full Cantilever compile, verse residue check, 0 duplicate HTML IDs, Filed certification.
• python3 scripts/check_collection_counts.py — PASS: collection counts and README totals match Markdown source.
• git diff on the four changed records confirms emphasis markers only; no word, order, ID, link, or whitespace changes.
• Compiled-article inspection of all six assigned records in dist/cantilever/lorelog/: exactly one new <strong> per changed record, all <br> hard breaks intact, and the two unchanged records carry only their pre-existing strong runs.
• Cross-reference claims verified before trusting them: reference/FREF-0822-ELRA resolves to "Explanation Layer Residue Audit" (content/reference/empathegy/fref-0822-elra.md), reference/FREF-0635-WWLV resolves to "Witness Without Leverage — Handling Note" (content/reference/empathegy/fref-0635-wwlv.md), LLG-0821's cited LLG-0321-DRT and LLG-0864-WRC exist, and all six of MCR's relates_to targets resolve.

Unresolved follow-up

• The corpus's :::note/::: fence population (~29 files, e.g. lorelog/DS-404-ALPHA.md, mascots/938, reference/fref-*) remains a maintainer-level decision already documented under docket 0.1.00072.lorelog-001. No assigned file carries one; nothing new to flag.
