What changed

• Read all four assigned records in full, frontmatter through final line, including the Related Aphorisms/Haikus/Limericks residue in each. All four files were byte-identical to snapshot 8997eebee2a4e620c5dd47fcea97abf515c4cac6 (git diff <snapshot> HEAD empty on the assigned paths).
• LLG-MA8C-06.md line 125: bolded "are themselves part of that behavior." — the pivot clause the entire council-minutes record builds toward, where a descriptive ritual is recorded as drift behavior. The record carries zero prior emphasis; this is its single earned pivot. Asterisks only.

What was deliberately left alone

• All frontmatter, canonical IDs, titles, relations, {#...} heading anchors, verse stanzas, two-space hard breaks, quoted/documentary material, and the residue spacing throughout.
• LLG-IA-8C-DRIFT-02.md reviewed unchanged: the record already spends emphasis heavily — roughly 28 bold spans, including "interpretation overflow conditions" (line 14), "excite" (line 72), and the blockquoted directive "Stabilization Protocol Deferred Pending Stable Interpretation Conditions." (line 116). Density noted as a record-specific concern; rebalancing existing emphasis requires maintainer approval, not mechanical removal.
• LLG-MA-8C-PEPPY-01.md reviewed unchanged: nine existing bolds already mark the real pivots, including the closing thesis "lexically stable and materially undetermined" (line 70). Nothing further is earned.
• LLG-SYS-8-REINDEX-01.md reviewed unchanged: nine existing bolds already land on the pivots, including the self-referential close "when and since when" (line 65). Additional emphasis would decorate, not pivot.
• LLG-MA8C-06.md prose otherwise untouched: the record's uniform two-space hard-break wrapping in body paragraphs is its authored texture and was preserved exactly.

Verification performed

• Compiled-article inspection of dist/cantilever/lorelog/LLG-MA8C-0006.html: exactly one <strong> element rendered, <br /> hard breaks intact, verse-residue block undamaged.
• python3 scripts/check_collection_counts.py — PASS: collection counts and README totals match Markdown source after merging origin/main.

Unresolved follow-up

• LLG-IA-8C-DRIFT-02.md emphasis density (see above) may warrant rebalancing under a future maintainer decision; flagged here rather than edited.
