Read the record in full, frontmatter through the final Method Not Allowed Mel limerick at line 2954, including the ## Haiku Log / ## Limerick Log residue appendices.
Line 82 (now 83): inserted a blank line after the Sentient Overhead bullet. "A subcommittee has been formed to file a vote on this classification. No timeline has been established." previously compiled inside the final <li> by lazy continuation.
Line 108 (now 110): inserted a blank line after the Propose amendments during structured silence bullet. "He may not:" — the lead-in to the second list — previously compiled inside the may-list's final <li>. Both lists now render as separate <ul> blocks around a .
Whitespace only. No words, emphasis, order, IDs, links, anchors, or markup changed. No new emphasis added: the record already carries a genuine **not** pivot and the stat-block/list label bolds; nothing else in the prose earns the cap.

What was deliberately left alone

All frontmatter, canonical ID mascots/M-0005, tags, headings, {#...} duplicate anchors, quoted/documentary material, task-list residue, and every existing emphasis marker — including the /bold/italic mix in the {#bricky-goldbricksworth-4} limerick block and the Phone/Office bullets filed inside the may-not list (archival humor, preserved).
