What changed

Read all six assigned records in full, frontmatter through final related-residue line, including embedded aphorism, haiku, and limerick logs. Assigned files verified unchanged since issue snapshot 8997eebe (git diff empty for all six paths).
051.zooki-lockjaw.md line 17: bolded "Successful containment routinely risks making access impossible" — the record's stated law, echoed by its own Access Note bullet at line 20. Prose carried zero emphasis (existing bolds are stat-block labels at lines 19–20 and in-verse stress in the {#zooki-lockjaw-4} limericks). Asterisks only.
054.hammy-navstack.md line 13: bolded "the lettuce controls forms" — the landing of the layer-to-route mapping that defines the mascot. Prose carried zero emphasis; italics live only inside limericks. Asterisks only.

What was deliberately left alone

All frontmatter, canonical IDs, paths, titles, tags, anchors ({#...}), quoted/documentary material, lists, headings, every existing emphasis marker, and all verse line structure and two-space hard breaks.
052.octomerge.md — reviewed unchanged. The bold pull-quote at line 17 already carries the record's pivot; the limericks already hold italic stress. Emphasis budget spent.
053.tabby-fields.md — reviewed unchanged. Same: bold pull-quote at line 17. The ## 🧾 Haiku Records block at lines 19–23 has no hard breaks and compiles as a soft-wrapped  — verified in dist/cantilever/mascots/M-0053.html — but this is the established convention for that block type (identical form in 014, 021, 027, 046), and the block's content intentionally duplicates the compressed aphorism at line 34. Convention, not anomaly; preserved.
054.hammy-navstack.md lines 17–25: the ## 🧾 Haiku Records block shares the same no-break convention (verified in M-0054.html); the triple blank lines before ## Aphorisms collapse harmlessly. Preserved.
051.zooki-lockjaw.md lines 284–285: the three-space-indented couplet ("It massaged the 'slot,'") is a recurring corpus motif (also 005, 006, 019, 058, 073, 211, 226, 301) and compiles correctly as  -separated lines inside the stanza — verified in M-0051.html. Preserved.
Heading-level inversions (## Haikus nested beneath ### residue headings) in 051/052/053/054: appended-residue structure, compiles and navigates correctly; preserved.
056.roboshirker.md — flagged needs decision, not edited: the ### RoboShirker limerick log (lines 152–196, six stanzas) carries zero two-space hard breaks and compiles as run-on prose  blocks — verified in dist/cantilever/mascots/M-0056.html. The record's own ### Minute Velvet haiku residue uses hard breaks throughout, and the collection convention is hard-broken limericks; the only sibling instance is 211.apex-goldbricker.md, same sidecar/draft verse family. Protected verse — maintainer ruling needed (see #824).
057.zhuzhing-ping.md — flagged needs decision, not edited: line 18 reads Bans in all deployments. — the only mid-bullet double space in the collection. A token (plausibly clean.css per the record's own limerick at line 81, or a stripped emoji) was elided during reduction commit 6a693dba, leaving a grammatically incomplete sentence. Deliberate-elision vs. defect is ambiguous in a record whose subject bans things; repair would require adding words — out of presentation scope. The emoji H1 at line 9 is unique in the collection but on-theme for this mascot and has heading-emoji precedent (## 🧾 Haiku Records); preserved.

Verification performed

Read-only census of trailing two-space hard breaks across all six files (176/52/57/57/32/52 hard-break lines respectively); each no-break block classified (stat-block convention vs. protected verse anomaly) before any edit.
Read-only layout inventory for lazy list continuations and headings without preceding blanks across all six files: no render-affecting instances.

Compiled-article inspection of dist/cantilever/mascots/M-0051.html–M-0057.html:  placement confirmed on both new pivots; M-0056 limerick run-on and M-0057 elision confirmed as flagged;   verse structure untouched in all six records; indented couplet verified as   lines, no code block.

Unresolved follow-up

The needs decision items above await maintainer ruling or waiver: the 056 run-on limerick log (with 211 as the only sibling instance) and the 057 elided token at line 18. Issue #739 stays open on those flags; see also #824 for the verse hard-break contract question.
