What changed

• Read all five assigned records in full, frontmatter through final related-residue line, including embedded aphorism, haiku, and limerick logs.
• 076.av-14-nullseal-register.md line 21: bolded "too encouragingly described to be reopened as a defect" — the Nullseal's definitional payload, the clause the whole record exists to deliver. The record carries zero prose emphasis today (its bolds live inside limericks; its only italics are the seal contrast at line 53). Asterisks only; the trailing two-space hard break on line 20 is preserved.
• 077.ce-5-countersign-aggregate.md line 19: bolded "signatures outweigh chronology" — the record's stated symbolic function, echoed verbatim in its own Aphorisms residue. Asterisks only.
• 077.ce-5-countersign-aggregate.md lines 26–28: inserted one blank line between the "In practice, this means:" list and its capstone sentence. Previously "CE-5 certifies that many people have touched the paper…" was a lazy continuation of the third bullet and compiled inside the <li> (verified pre-edit render behavior by CommonMark rule; post-edit it stands as its own <p> in dist/cantilever/mascots/M-0077.html). Same unglue class as 0.1.00172.mascots-002. Blank line only.

What was deliberately left alone

• All frontmatter, canonical IDs, paths, titles, tags, anchors ({#...}), quoted/documentary material, lists, headings, every existing emphasis marker (including the in-verse bolds of 076's limerick log and the triple-bold list of 079), and all verse line structure and two-space hard breaks.
• 075.anlas-appenhancer.md — flagged needs decision, not edited: three verse conventions coexist in one Limerick Log. Lines 309–385 ("Leopard Upgrade Blue Screen — Anlas…") use indented stat-block limericks whose two-space indentation does not survive compilation; lines 389–697 use standard flush-left hard-break limericks; and lines 701–729 are four limerick stanzas ("The audit inspected the void," "The subroutine bowed as it broke," "The baseline was perfectly green," "A protocol launched to assist") with no hard breaks at all — verified run-on in dist/cantilever/mascots/M-0075.html (<p> blocks, soft newlines, no <br />). Protected verse — maintainer ruling needed (see #824).
• 075.anlas-appenhancer.md line 9: orphan emoji: 🧾 line sits between frontmatter and the title and compiles as literal body text (only sibling instance: 226.serotonin-sam.md). Possible Astro-era remnant — flagged needs decision, not removed (word removal is out of presentation scope).
• 078.si-9-interval-witness.md — flagged needs decision, not edited: two fused-sentence text defects. Line 27 reads "that part."SI-9 does not decide what the interval meant it only insists… — a missing space after the closing quote and a missing sentence boundary inside meant it only insists; line 49 reads …during these periods.Where SI-9 persists… — missing space. Verified fused in dist/cantilever/mascots/M-0078.html. Repair requires touching words/punctuation, not just emphasis or spacing.
• 076.av-14-nullseal-register.md lines 16, 24, 32, 40, 49 and similar across the set: single trailing spaces on prose lines — cosmetic source residue, invisible in render; trailing-whitespace cleaning is forbidden regardless.
• 077/078 headings directly following paragraph lines with no blank line (## Boundary Note etc.): renders correctly — ATX headings interrupt paragraphs — and matches each file's own source style. No render change available, so no spacing edit.
• 075 heading-level inversions (## Haikus nested beneath ### residue headings): appended-residue structure, compiles and navigates correctly; preserved.
• 079.sc-lambda-care-continuity-split.md: reviewed unchanged. The parallel triple-bold list ("gentle suggestion" / "binding requirement" / "measurement opportunity") already carries the record's pivot, and the filer/ledger couplet already stands as its own stanza. Emphasis budget spent — per mascots-004 precedent for records whose structure does the work.

Verification performed

• Read-only awk/grep census of every non-blank line missing two-space hard breaks across all five files; each run-on block classified (stanza-final line vs. heading vs. protected verse vs. prose convention) before any edit. This caught — and disproved — an initial suspicion that 077's second limerick cluster lacked breaks; it does not.
• Read-only layout inventory across all five files for list-item lazy continuations and headings without preceding blanks; the 077 line 27 list-merge was the only render-affecting instance.
• BORIS_BIN=/Users/tbuddy/dev/filed.fyi/bin/boris ./bin/validate_graph.sh — passed post-edit (Boris diagnostics clean; verse residue check passed; Cantilever build and certification passed; "Filed graph, HTML IDs, and publication checks passed").
• Compiled-article inspection of dist/cantilever/mascots/M-0075.html through M-0079.html: <strong> placement confirmed on both new pivots; the 077 capstone confirmed outside <li>; the 075 tail-limerick run-on, the 078 fused sentences, and the emoji: orphan confirmed as flagged; untouched <br /> verse structure in all edited and unchanged records (e.g., M-0079: 42 <br />, triple-bold list intact).

Unresolved follow-up

• The needs decision items above await maintainer ruling or waiver: the 075 mixed verse conventions (in particular the four run-on tail limericks, which look like a separate residue batch), the 075 orphan emoji: line, and the 078 fused sentences.
