080 lines 250–286: pre-existing per-word **bold** saturation inside the second limerick block. Existing emphasis is not a reason to add more, and is not removed either.
Residue-section seam spacing: triple/quadruple/five-blank-line gaps between appended batches (e.g. 081 lines 190–194, 082 lines 491–494, 084 lines 128–130) render identically to single blank lines and mark generation-batch boundaries. Not normalized.
082's Bin 8C Annex / Peppy Clerk Continuity / MA8C-06 / Self-Re-Indexing limerick residue: on-theme for the containment directive (self-indexing, interpretive custody drift, intentional misfiling) and protected verse regardless.
084 lines 25, 28, 34: Degraded Procedural Role, Behavioral Residue, and Archival Status are bare text lines missing the ## markup every sibling record carries; line 28 additionally has no blank line before it and compiles glued onto the end of the preceding paragraph. Missing markup is a structural defect beyond emphasis and spacing — flagged needs decision rather than repaired unilaterally.
