What changed

• Read all 9 assigned records in full, frontmatter through final limerick line.
• 214.sriracha-sentinel.md line 33–34: inserted the one missing blank line between the - Location: Sriracha Spire, Archival Void list item and the ## Aphorisms heading. It was the only heading in the assignment that abutted a content line; siblings 213 and 215 carry the blank line at the identical position. Whitespace-only; the heading already compiled as <h2 id="aphorisms"> before the edit, so rendered output is unchanged.
• The other 7 reviewed records (207, 208, 209, 210, 212, 213, 215) were left unchanged. No prose span earned a bold pivot; the stat blocks, lists, and verse already carry the collection's conventions.

What was deliberately left alone

• All frontmatter, canonical IDs, tags, titles, {#...} anchors, link targets, existing italics in verse, and every two-space hard break.
• The **Role:**-style stat blocks, which compile as a single run-on <p> in all 9 records — the documented collection-level convention flagged in 0.1.00065.mascots-001, not a per-record fix.
• The - Location: <place>, Archival Void items inside ## Known Failures in 213, 214, and 215 — identical residue at identical position in three sibling records; reads as authoring pattern, not defect.
• 211.apex-goldbricker.md: zero trailing-space hard breaks, ## 📝 Ceremonial Limericks in > blockquotes, and five ## Limerick Log stanzas that compile as run-on paragraphs where all siblings render <br> verse lines. Nonstandard verse layout in a protected region — flagged needs decision on #746 rather than normalized (see #824 / 0.1.00065.mascots-001 precedent). Also left: its empty ## Haiku Log, Duties→Known Failures→Biography section order, emoji heading, and literal [x]/[ ] addendum markers.

• Compiled-article inspection of dist/cantilever/mascots/M-0211.html and M-0214.html: confirmed 211's verse renders as run-on <p>/<blockquote> (needs-decision claim verified, not assumed) and 214's ## Aphorisms renders as <h2> both before and after the whitespace fix.

Unresolved follow-up

• 211.apex-goldbricker.md awaits a maintainer decision on its nonstandard verse layout (missing hard breaks, blockquote ceremonial limericks) — same waiver territory as the mascot verse regions flagged under #821/#824.
