What changed

• Read all three assigned records in full, frontmatter through final related-residue line. All three unchanged since snapshot 8997eebe; verified by git diff against the snapshot.
• 309.ribbonward-cordialis.md line 46: bolded "The object is a fake, but the feeling is canon." — the record's thesis pivot, the whole triple-dedication custody dispute collapsed into one clause. Asterisks only.
• 310.lionell-pancake-auditor.md line 46: bolded "The budget is officially funded by applause." — the assent-drift thesis that every luncheon aphorism and verse in the record restates. Asterisks only.
• 311.eagleton-proclamation-clerk.md line 54: bolded "Decor has successfully seized power." — the Function line's claim ("décor resumes its career as governance") in five words. Asterisks only.

What was deliberately left alone

• All frontmatter, canonical IDs, tags, titles, {#...} anchors, headings, and documentary material. No existing emphasis in any of the three records; none removed, none added beyond the three pivots.
• Verse structure everywhere: haiku and limerick hard breaks ( ) preserved byte-for-byte per #824. Read-only audit confirmed every verse-region line carries the break except stanza-final lines, which correctly end their paragraphs without one.
• 309 Limerick Log inner lines (20 lines, e.g. lines 218–219) carry 2-space leading indentation — a consistent, render-neutral convention shared by 17 mascot records. Preserved as found.
• Register-shifted generator-tail residue in 310 (lines 418–454) and 311 (lines 519–555) — unpunctuated limericks in a different voice ("incredibly drone", "totally caught"). Hard breaks intact; residue preserved as found.
• Duplicated lines between biography and aphorisms (e.g. 309 lines 25/42, 310 lines 21/34, 311 lines 21/34) — intentional residue, preserved.

Verification performed

• python3 read-only audit of all verse regions in the three records: every verse line enumerated for two-space hard breaks and leading indentation before any edit.
• git diff of edited records reviewed line-by-line: only emphasis markers differ; no words, order, IDs, links, frontmatter, or anchors changed.
• BORIS_BIN=/Users/tbuddy/dev/filed.fyi/bin/boris ./bin/validate_graph.sh — passed after edits: "Filed graph, HTML IDs, and publication checks passed."
• Compiled-article inspection of dist/cantilever/mascots/M-0309.html, M-0310.html, M-0311.html: exactly one <strong> landing each; <br> counts (184/164/210) confirm hard breaks render as line breaks; stanza structure unchanged.
• python3 scripts/check_collection_counts.py — PASS after recount of changelog Count and README totals.
