327.minutes-without-motion.md line 132: bolded "a failure of authority" — the Notes pivot where testimony-without-power is named. The parallel sentence shape is a property of the sibling source records, not a template. Asterisks only.
400.bad-request-bob.md line 20: bolded "a good request trapped in the wrong shape" — the definitional pivot carrying Bob's credo, set against the downstream disaster in the same sentence. Asterisks only.

What was deliberately left alone

400.bad-request-bob.md lines 107–127 (final three limerick stanzas): verse lines lack the two-space hard breaks that stanzas 1–2 (lines 91–103) carry, so they compile as run-on  paragraphs. Protected verse region — flagged needs decision, not edited. Same defect class as #824, which scoped only limericks/, haikus/, and ## Related Haikus/Limericks regions; whether mascot ## Limerick Log residue joins that contract remains a maintainer decision.
403.htaccessius-the-doorman.md lines 56–65 (## 📜 Limerick Log): two limerick stanzas fused with no blank line and no hard breaks. This matches the old-era convention verbatim (023.modrewrite-gremblin.md lines 52–61 is identical), but the same class was flagged needs decision in 0.1.00065.mascots-001, so it is flagged here rather than normalized.
