• Read all 10 assigned records in full, frontmatter through final limerick line, including aphorism and verse residue. All 10 files were unchanged since snapshot 8997eebee2a4e620c5dd47fcea97abf515c4cac6 (git log <snapshot>..HEAD empty on the assigned paths).
• 440.score-sam.md line 31: bolded "Being poor generates the data that keeps you poor." — the self-confirming loop distilled to one flat declarative capstone in Observed Behavior. Asterisks only.
• 442.triage-tracy.md line 35: bolded "The clinician is in the loop, but the loop was built by the layer being reviewed." — the pivot where the record's in-the-loop fiction is exposed, closing the Distinction section. Asterisks only.

Verification performed

• Collaborative-browser snapshots of the local preview: M-0451 at 1280×800 (desktop) and M-0502, M-0440 at 375×667 (mobile) — layout, navigation, breadcrumb, and verse breaks render correctly; the flagged run-on stat blocks reproduce as documented above.

Unresolved follow-up

• The three needs decision items above (502 stat-block run-on, 451 plain stat block and pseudo-headings, 503 Haiku Records missing hard breaks) are flagged on #768 for maintainer resolution; scripts/fix_verse_hard_breaks.py scopes only ## Related Haikus/Limericks regions and the haiku/limerick collections, so mascot ## Haiku Log / ## Haiku Records / stat-block regions fall outside its contract.
