Presentation QA Reference 021: Read-First Review of Six Records

What changed

• Read all six assigned records in full, frontmatter through final line, including the Related Aphorisms/Haikus/Limericks residue in each. fref-0650-pbc.md and fref-0661-agbx.md each carried one intervening commit since snapshot 8997eebee2a4e620c5dd47fcea97abf515c4cac6 (ed4ff55b, the archive-wide verse hard-break restoration touching only trailing two-space breaks in the Related Limericks blocks); the other four were unchanged at review time. No moves, removals, or identity changes.
• fref-0560-adjc.md line 179: bolded "directionally convincing than right" — the Archive Position pivot that compresses the doctrine's thesis. The record's only prior bold was the term's own definition at line 13. Asterisks only.
• fref-0570-apcr.md line 35: bolded "trained by ceremony" — the Foundational Rule's closing inversion (preservation to training). Prior emphasis was the definition at line 13 and the seven bold layer labels at lines 119–125, all functional apparatus. Asterisks only.
• fref-0820-iels.md line 57: bolded "incompleteness becomes governable" — the Archive Position landing of the whole doctrine. Prior emphasis was the functional **Multi-layer boundary note:** label at line 59. Asterisks only.

What was deliberately left alone

• All frontmatter, canonical IDs, titles, status fields, tags, relations, {#...} heading anchors, tables, form notation ("Minimum note:" / "Stronger note:" blocks), backticked cross-reference spellings, quoted/documentary material, verse stanzas, two-space hard breaks, and double-blank-line residue spacing.
• fref-0430-easp.md — reviewed unchanged. The record already spends its emphasis: the definition at line 15 and roughly a dozen bold spans across the principles, definitions, and doctrine-interaction blocks (lines 17–102). The :::note/::: addendum at lines 106–112 renders literally — the corpus-wide condition already tracked on #833, not a new finding. The floating post-addendum limerick at lines 113–117 matches the established addendum-then-verse convention seen elsewhere (e.g. FREF-0070-AOPT).
• fref-0650-pbc.md — reviewed unchanged (archived status preserved). Bold already spent on the three phrasing-category labels (lines 15–28); every rhetorical pivot lives inside protected quotation (lines 30–48, 58–60) or existing italics (line 67 Committee note). The ## Related Haikus section at lines 94–96 is empty — known generator residue also present in fref-0661 and at least 13 other reference records.
• fref-0661-agbx.md — reviewed unchanged (archived status preserved). Rhetorical bold already spent at lines 43 and 45, plus the tier-name labels in the classification table (lines 21–26). Lowercase fref-0661: title/heading residue and the empty ## Related Haikus section (lines 74–76) left as authored.
• fref-0560-adjc.md and fref-0820-iels.md each received exactly one new bold; fref-0570-apcr.md likewise. No record exceeds the one-pivot boundary.
• Straight-vs-curly quote inconsistencies and haiku stanza trailing-break irregularities (e.g. fref-0820-iels.md line 111 last line carries a hard break, line 153 does not) preserved exactly — verse hard breaks are protected per #824.

Verification performed

• BORIS_BIN=/Users/tbuddy/dev/filed.fyi/bin/boris ./bin/validate_graph.sh — passed: Boris graph diagnostics, verse residue check, HTML ID audit, Filed certification, and the full Cantilever build.
• git diff on the three changed records confirms emphasis markers only; stripping ** leaves each changed line byte-identical to its source.
• python3 scripts/check_collection_counts.py — PASS: changelog declared 133, actual 133; source 2,338 pages / 11 trunks / 2,327 satellites after this docket; README totals updated to match.
• Compiled-article inspection of dist/cantilever/reference/fref-0560-adjc.html, fref-0570-apcr.html, and fref-0820-iels.html: each differs from pre-edit build by one <strong> pair; anchors, tables, and verse residue intact. Unchanged fref-0430-easp.html re-inspected as the unchanged-record control.

Unresolved follow-up

• None new. The :::note literal-rendering condition in fref-0430-easp.md (lines 106–112) is already tracked corpus-wide on #833; the empty ## Related Haikus residue in fref-0650-pbc.md/fref-0661-agbx.md matches the established generator convention.
