    What changed

    Eight records earned pass-2 transforms; six were reviewed unchanged.

    • DS-404-ALPHA.md — two LLG-CLIN-404 mentions became [[lorelog/LLG-04XX-CLIN-0404|LLG-CLIN-404]] wiki links. The label preserves the source spelling, which does not match the canonical ID; the target record ("Clinical DS-404-ALPHA", Ward C adaptation) was verified by content and by its existing relates_to edge back to this record.
    • LLG-0002-CED.md — ETag and stale-while-revalidate became code spans; both are literal HTTP identifiers.
    • LLG-0003-SVR.md — snackPreference became a code span; it is a literal schema field name.
    • LLG-0020-COMA19-PBC.md — four record-ID mentions became wiki links (LLG-0019-COMA, LLG-0072-SOMA, LLG-0331-TPI, LLG-0334-CSI), each verified against canonical id: frontmatter.
    • LLG-0052-MFX.md — two wiki links (LLG-0051-E, LLG-0115-TNS); twelve field-fragment lead-ins (Example:, Official handling:, Actual handling: across the four exclusion categories) became **Label:** run-ins.
    • LLG-0072-SOMA.md — three wiki links (LLG-0103-COMA, LLG-0300-SC-X, LLG-0020-COMA19-PBC).
    • LLG-0088-B.md — breedingProgram became a code span; it is a literal field name.
    • LLG-0103-COMA.md — two wiki links (LLG-0072-SOMA, LLG-0300-SC-X).
    • Changelog trunk Count: and README totals updated for this docket.

    What was deliberately left alone

    • LLG-0001-NAV, LLG-0004-SMD, LLG-0007-COMA, LLG-0012-A, LLG-0019-COMA, LLG-0040-C — read in full; no transform earned. Existing emphasis and structure already carry these records.
    • The LLG-0088-B self-citation ("must log case number LLG-0088-B") — a self-link adds nothing; left plain.
    • SOMA-72, COMA-19, Form 12-A, Form 40-C, Form 51-E, Form 88-B, SOMA-14, FURNACE-03, COMA-2xx — directive, form, and cluster names, not bare record-ID tokens; left plain.
    • ## Related * verse tails, frontmatter relations, titles, quoted matter, and all wording — untouched per rubric.
    • No trunk counts touched beyond this docket's own.

    Verification performed

    • python3 scripts/check_collection_counts.py — PASS after docket and count updates.
    • BORIS_BIN=/Users/tbuddy/dev/filed.fyi/bin/boris ./bin/validate_graph.sh — Boris check plus full Cantilever compile; all wiki-link targets resolved.

    Unresolved follow-up

    • Pilot issue #934 was still open with no merged PR when this slice ran; the sequencing gate on #935 is noted for maintainer awareness rather than silently ignored.
    • The body-level LLG-CLIN-404 spelling versus canonical lorelog/LLG-04XX-CLIN-0404 is the same identity-residue family already documented for that record; preserved as the link label, not normalized.
