    What changed

    • Read all fourteen assigned records in full, frontmatter through final line, including the Related Aphorisms/Haikus/Limericks residue in each. Every file was byte-identical to snapshot 4e6a82e839fe56832a3d1c3fdd155487c16b002b at review time; no moves, removals, or identity changes.
    • LLG-CREDITS-GTA.md: four record-mention→wiki-link conversions (LLG-0324-MAP and LLG-0325-ORT at line 27, LLG-0319-PAS at line 39, LLG-0382-BPD at line 41; labels preserve source spelling) and two identifier→code spans (mascotRef line 17, breedingProgram line 23).
    • LLG-DMAIC-RITE.md: four record-mention→wiki-link conversions on the parenthesized IDs in the Doctrine Index Alignment list (lines 104–107).
    • LLG-IA-8C-ANNEX.md: six record-mention→wiki-link conversions — the inline LLG-IA-8C-DRIFT-01 at line 26 and the five bolded ledger IDs in the Known Recursions list (lines 57–61), preserving the existing bold. Peppy Clerk's verbatim field entry at lines 82–83 became a blockquote, quotation marks retained.
    • LLG-IA-8C-DRIFT-02.md: one record-mention→wiki-link conversion (**LLG-IA-8C-DRIFT-01** at line 14, existing bold preserved); identifier→code span on the literal document codes SDLR-8C/IIE/01, CSDR-8C/RCI/01, SIDR-8C/AFT/01, and routing-slip stub PPC-9 throughout the body.
    • LLG-MA-8C-PEPPY-01.md: identifier→code span on the incident code INC/BSI-1983-08 (line 30) and the schema field names emotional_leakage/rot_integrity plus stub PPC-9 (line 54).
    • LLG-MA8C-06.md: six record-mention→wiki-link conversions (lines 20–21, 43, 47, 52) and one identifier→code span (PPC-9, line 31).
    • LLG-SYS-8-REINDEX-01.md: three identifier→code spans on the stub PPC-9 (lines 22, 32×2).
    • LLG-SYS-8-REINDEX-02.md: identifier→code span on stubs CORR-N/PEPPY/last and RIDX-8/CLUSTER/MA, three occurrences of PPC-9, and field names Emotional_leakage/rot_integrity (lines 22, 24, 38; spelling preserved as written).
    • LLG-TDCIP-OVERCOH.md: Bricky's verbatim closing-log statement (lines 91–92) became a blockquote, quotation marks retained.
    • OCV-0409-TSC.md: Bricky's margin line (line 22), introduced by "the following margin line:", became a blockquote.
    • OCV-INTAKE-LOG.md: the five entries' existing field lead-ins (Source desks:, Initial classification:, Flags:, Comment (...):, Action:) became **Label:** run-ins — twenty-five lead-ins, zero wording change.
    • Eleven records changed, three reviewed unchanged. Totals reconcile against the fourteen-file assignment.

    What was deliberately left alone

    • All frontmatter, canonical IDs, titles, status fields, tags, relations, {#...} heading anchors, existing emphasis, quoted/documentary material, verse stanzas, two-space hard breaks, and double-blank-line residue spacing — across all fourteen records.
    • LLG-CLIN-COMP-KAIZEN.md, LLG-EL-0x7E.md, SRB-SESSION-NOTES.md — reviewed unchanged. Each already carries the structure its content implies (run-in labels, blockquoted chants and extracts, existing lists and code spans), and no unearned transform was applied.
    • Self-reference and partial tokens: LLG-CREDITS-GTA self-mention (line 11 of that record, canonical lorelog/LLG-0005), the partial DRIFT-01 mention (line 15), MCR shorthand (line 33), MAP/ORT shorthand (DMAIC-RITE line 111), and the -02 suffix in the ANNEX's "DRIFT-01 and -02" — none are unambiguous standalone ID tokens; left plain.
    • Document names and designations used as names — Condition Log 7, Internal Correction Notice 4C, Form 11-S/11-R, Section E, Indexing Protocol 12, ICB-8C, ICB-01/02/03 failure-mode labels, CIWG-8C, CLD-8C, TDCIP-LKG, MA8C-06 — left plain, matching the merged convention that treats form designations as titles.
    • Shelf codes 3B-01–3B-04 inside SRB-SESSION-NOTES's quoted machine extract — quoted documentary material is outside the transform boundary.
    • No <Details>/<Aside> wraps: the Bin 8C annex material here is substantive record content, not boilerplate interpretation annexes.
    • No new emphasis; no footnotes or tables earned. Frontmatter relations untouched — several linked records already appear in each record's relations, and the wiki links now carry the same edges in-body.

    Verification performed

    • git diff on the eleven changed records confirms Markdown structure only; stripping **/`/>/[[|]] leaves every changed line byte-identical to its source apart from the three blank lines required to split the new blockquotes into their own blocks and the two vestigial hard breaks those splits retired.
    • python3 scripts/check_collection_counts.py — PASS after this docket: changelog declared 191, actual 191; source 2,396 pages / 11 trunks / 2,385 satellites; README totals updated to match.
    • BORIS_BIN=<local boris> ./bin/validate_graph.sh — see PR body for exact outcome, including wiki-link resolution against the frozen graph.
    • Compiled-article inspection of the changed records plus unchanged controls — see PR body for exact pages and results.

    Unresolved follow-up

    • LLG-IA-8C-ANNEX.md line 26: "documented in LLG-IA-8C-DRIFT-01 and -02" — only the full token was linked; -02 is a range shorthand rather than a standalone ID and was left plain for a maintainer to judge.
