What changed

One Alt-text: line was authored per record under the pass-3 B-track register constraint (deadpan, concrete visual inventory, evidence-bounded; exemplar mascots/M-0019), following the merged pilot precedent (PR #993). Twenty-nine records received a new ## Image section containing a single Alt-text: line.

Where ## Biography exists — including emoji variants (## 🧠 Biography, ## 🧾 Biography) — ## Image was created immediately before it (006, 007, 008, 009, 010, 011, 012, 015, 016, 017, 018, 020, 023, 024, 025, 026, 027, 028, 029, 030, 031, 032, 033, 034, 036, 037).
Where no ## Biography exists, ## Image was created before the first headed section: 021 (before ### Stat block, the H3 character-sheet lead), 035 (before ## Aphorisms; the record is a stat lead plus verse tail only), 039 (before ## 🧾 Council Limericks; the unlabeled lead prose functions as biography and was left intact).
Record 019 (mascots/M-0019) was left untouched: its ## Image section already carries the canonical exemplar Alt-text: line cited by the rubric. Flagged as needs-decision on #992.

What was deliberately left alone

All frontmatter, canonical IDs, titles, tags, and statuses.
