What changed

One Alt-text: line was authored per record under the pass-3 B-track register constraint (deadpan, concrete visual inventory, evidence-bounded; exemplar mascots/M-0019), following the register approved in the merged pilot docket 0.1.00261.presentation-qa-v3-b1-pilot.

None of the thirty records carried an existing ## Image section, so one was created in each at the conventional position:

Before ## Biography where that heading exists: 042, 044, 045, 049, 050, 051, 052, 053, 054, 056, 059, 060, 061 (on 056, after the field sections ## Role/## Function/## Emotional Tone/## Slogan).

What was deliberately left alone

All frontmatter, canonical IDs, titles, tags, statuses, and every other line of body text. No markup, wording, ordering, or verse changes. The Alt-text: line is body text only; no image: frontmatter keys or .assets/ references were introduced.
Non-formatting defects noticed while reading (e.g. 064 carrying no narrative prose whatsoever, 067's bio block formatting, 045's duplicated # haikus-2 anchors shared with unrelated verse-residue sections) were left as-is; residue is not this slice's business.
Alt-text: lines on 069 and 071 describe each mascot's "cape made from an unused aside element" without angle brackets, so the compiled page does not inherit a stray unclosed <aside> element.
