What changed

One Alt-text: line was authored per record under the pass-3 B-track register constraint (deadpan, concrete visual inventory, evidence-bounded; exemplar mascots/M-0019). None of the 29 records carried a pre-existing ## Image section, so all 29 sections were created.

• Placement followed the dominant house position: ## Image immediately after the H1 (and after the stray emoji: 🧾 residue line on 226), before the first narrative content — headed section where present (## Classification, ## Boundary Note, ## Origin & Causal Anchor, ## 🪱 Who Is variants), unlabeled lead prose on the stub records (223, 236, 237, 239, 240, 243, 244, 245, 248, 249, 250). Consistent with pilot placements on 004/058 (Image directly after H1) and 310 (Image before unlabeled biography prose).
• Thin records received minimal lines rather than inventive ones (243, 245, 227).
• Docket numbered 0.1.00263 rather than the nominal next-free 0.1.00262: sibling slices 02 and 05 both claim 0.1.00262 in open PRs at authoring time; renumbering rather than conflicting.

What was deliberately left alone

• All frontmatter, canonical IDs, titles, tags, and statuses.
• The stray emoji: 🧾 residue line on 226 — preserved in place above the new section.
• No other wording, ordering, verse tails, or formatting. No frontmatter image: keys or .assets/ references were introduced; the Alt-text: line is body text only.
• Non-formatting defects noticed while reading were left as-is: 248's ### subsections floating without a parent ## (same residue pattern noted on 301 in the pilot), 239's crude limerick residue, and 242's mid-paragraph ## Failure Modes heading break (missing blank line at source line ~47).
