What changed

One Alt-text: line was authored per record under the pass-3 B-track register constraint (deadpan, concrete visual inventory, evidence-bounded; exemplar mascots/M-0019, register precedent PR #993). No record in this slice carried a pre-existing ## Image section, so one was created on all twenty-nine at the conventional position:

• Immediately before ## Biography where that heading exists (298).
• Immediately before the equivalent first headed narrative section on the failure-signature template records — ## <Name> Classification / ## Classification — directly after the H1 (283, 289, 291, 292).
• After ## Slogan and before the unlabeled biography paragraph on the metadata-card records that carry one (304, 308, 309, 311); after ## Slogan and before ## Aphorisms where no biography paragraph exists (305, 306, 307).
• On 294 and 299, the metadata card and the Biography label are plain-text lines rather than headings; ## Image was placed after the Slogan line and before the Biography line, matching the pilot's heading-layout convention.
• On the remaining stub-format records (lead prose only, sometimes with ### subsections, then verse residue), ## Image was placed at the end of the lead block, immediately before ## Aphorisms (280–282, 284–288, 290, 293, 295–297, 300, 312).

What was deliberately left alone

• All frontmatter, canonical IDs, titles, tags, and statuses.
• All prose, verse tails, heading anchors, and residue. No wording, ordering, or formatting changes anywhere; the authored Alt-text: lines are the only delta.
• No frontmatter image: keys or .assets/ references were introduced; the Alt-text: line is body text only.
• Structural residue noticed while reading (294's and 299's unstyled Biography/Operational Posture/Associated Mascots pseudo-labels, 280's ### Distinction H3 floating inside the lead block) was left as-is; residue is not this slice's business.

• 294 and 299 carry Biography as a plain-text label rather than a heading; whether that is residue to normalize is a maintainer call, flagged to #992.
