Retrofit soul, slice 1: interiority pass on ten tier-A mascot records

What changed

Ten tier-A mascot records retrofitted for interiority/embodiment against the eight-marker baseline in reports/retrofit-soul-manifest.md §3: voice, interior state, embodiment, rehearsed behavior, formative event, dramatized contradiction, prose relationships, scene.
The religion boilerplate block (M-0086–M-0089, M-0091) was worked individually against each record's institutional seam — curial custody, the synodal hand, sessional arithmetic, megachurch devotion, vector propagation. No shared retrofit prose was used.
Each of the five gained biography paragraphs, one named Known Failures incident, and a ## Behavioral Residue section (heading borrowed from the seam-witness ancestors M-0076–M-0084). Existing boilerplate is preserved verbatim, including the "failure signature, not a person" disclaimer — the beings emerge through the form, against it.
Stubs M-0236, M-0250, M-0251, M-0257, M-0290 gained prose paragraphs inside their existing definitional blocks. Stub thesis lines preserved as closing kickers, including "The geometry is already canon. / The grief remains open." (M-0257) and "keeps the border from becoming polite folklore" (M-0236).
New wiki links added only to verified existing record IDs: lorelog/LLG-0921, LLG-0923, LLG-0924.

What was deliberately left alone

M-0090 Religious Administrative Seams — maintainer ruling pending (custodian voice vs index form).
All frontmatter verbatim: id, title, parent, status, tags, relations. No new keys.
Verse residue (Aphorisms / Haiku Log / Limerick Log) and ## Related sections untouched; two-space hard-break line endings preserved.
M-0092 Corporate Ma'nene' — already inhabited; used as the register target, not edited.
No Bin 8C or breeding-program terminology introduced; no record in this slice carries that jurisdiction.
content/changelog.md and README.md counts — coordinator handles count bumps at merge.

Verification performed

validate_graph.sh run by coordinator — see PR body.
Post-edit re-read of all ten records: frontmatter blocks unchanged, verse and ## Related tails untouched, no new frontmatter keys, no rewrapped verse lines.

Unresolved follow-up

M-0090 hub voice decision (custodian vs index-form) still blocks the cluster hub.
Remaining tier-A records on the manifest's prioritized list (items 10–22 and beyond) await later slices.
