Though it did not fix a thing
Ash falls from my lips

The support was weak
But manners dictate a bow
Collecting the dust

The burden remains
But the ticket has been closed
Ash is all that's left

User transmits thanks
Issue has not been resolved
Metrics look quite good

Denial sent out
They thank us for our kind words
Printer queue agrees

Gratitude is logged
We file it as a warm meal
Cold is on the way

System logs the ash
Human smiles at nothingness
Ticket is now closed

Ancient kindness burns
The abyss demands a bow
We enshrine the dust

They said thank you twice
National emergency
Praise requires alert

Report is received

Printer goes to sleep

Thin help is dispensed
