Each engine registered its output as the canonical record for the filing. When Kindy verification staff attempted reconciliation, indexing tools flagged the submissions as three distinct incidents.
Filer Response and Intake Escalation
Submissions under Form 09-I exhibited dual-register phrasing, with filers drafting separate sentences targeting SOMA emotional tracking and COMA continuity validation within the same free-text field.
SOMA logged a rise in composite entries such as “comfortably compliant dread,” which lacked matching policy remediation triggers. COMA metrics recorded low breach rates based on checkbox tallies, while C.U.N.T.I.E.R. classified the free-text variations as positive engagement metrics.
SOMA filed a formal request to reinstate separate intake forms, citing incompatible record generation from the single sheet.
