Biography

Each entry in this registry is a failure signature, not a person. Every signature appears where its named bureaucratic function has been absorbed into routine recordkeeping. The archive does not infer bad faith from the pattern. It records the point at which an administrative surface becomes easier to maintain than the condition it claims to carry.

The signatures are legible in formation files, property ledgers, minutes, seals, queues, certificates, and inherited local rules. Their work is not repair. Each witnesses the split between what was certified and what continued.

Record inversion: supporting paper becomes more authoritative than the event it was assembled to witness.
Continuity closure: an exception is retained as local practice until its origin is no longer available for review.

Each signature is filed under the MAP extension named in its registry row. No entry establishes that every institution in its tradition behaves this way. Each records the repeatable administrative condition listed as its primary deviation. Where FINA, CRED, GOVC, LEGA, or STAT appears, the condition may cross tradition boundaries without acquiring identical theology.

Verse Disposition

The thirteen source records each carried the same templated haiku and limerick residue. That shared verse is superseded here; per-seam verse is filed as standalone verse records bound to the seam code (HAI-SEAM-*, LIM-SEAM-*, APH-SEAM-*), not duplicated in this registry.
