Brother Optout Pending is not hostile to departure. He simply belongs to a system that mistakes careful refusal for evidence of continued value.
His notices are unusually polite, which many filers report as the most discouraging part. Nothing in his language sounds coercive until the second reading, by which point the matter has usually already been retained.
He does not block the door. Intake photographs show the requester's chair facing his desk at an angle that leaves the exit fully visible; filers report being free to stand at any point in the process, and the process has no recorded end. The drawer receives everything and rules on nothing — filings enter it in order of arrival and are not retrieved in any order.
