The class names the mark's condition at inspection, not the office that holds it. A Sound mark and a clean event are different rows in different books; the title seal scored Sound precisely because both columns verify.

Filing Rules

  1. One line per surface examined. The schedule inspects surfaces; nothing in the schedule reaches the condition beneath.
  2. Residual Class is assigned per reference/FREF-0823-TSRT: Sound (basis inspectable), Residual (semantically thinned), Inherited (prior proof still rendering), Ceremonial (removal is governance-heavy), Unstable (operationally influential, weakly anchored), or Unverifiable (custody could not be established).
  3. Custodial Desk records who presented the surface, not who holds it. Where the holder could not be determined, the presenting desk is named.
  4. Witness carries a lorelog ID only. No prose.
  5. No remediation column. The inspection is the service.

Living Document Protocol

  • Inspections append at the bottom on the standing schedule.
  • A surface is re-inspected only after a handoff. Several custodial desks have no record of their last handoff.
  • The log does not chase the vector; that is Capture Vector Sightings. This log checks the doors after the vector has already signed the register.

Kindy's Inspection Note: The title seal passed every check. Both of them. I have begun checking the checks, which is a different log, which I am also keeping.

  • reference/FREF-0823-TSRT — residual-class authority
  • reference/FREF-0922-CVS — the log that chases the vector
  • mascots/M-0091 — the signature that migrates
