Navigation Collapse Event — Breadcrumb Stratum Failure
LLG-0001-NAV v0.9.1 INTERNAL
The breadcrumb layer collapsed at approximately 14:32 site-time during a routine anchor resolution pass. No prior degradation signals were logged. The stratum appears to have dissolved cleanly, leaving no debris in the navigation buffer — which is considered anomalous.
Users attempting to traverse the affected path reported returning to their origin point without memory of the transit. One clerk filed a supplemental note describing “the distinct sensation of having almost found something.”
No fix has been approved. The Tribunal has twice declined to issue a canonical redirect. This record is contested on the grounds that the collapse may have been intentional.
